Anyway, try something like

dn: cn=20090286,ou=LEERJAAR-2,ou=ONDERWIJS,o=HLW
changetype: modrdn
newrdn: cn=20090286
deleteoldrdn: 1
newsuperior: ou=LEERJAAR-3,ou=ONDERWIJS,o=HLW
