It seems we have found a solution, need to validate on other
workstations though.
Addendum to the problem : the workstation language setting is "French
(France)".

So the turn-around would be :
- Go to control pannel, regionnal settings
- Set language to "English (USA)"
- Uninstall PDA Connect
- Reinstall PDA Connect (English language)
- Go back to control pannel
- Set language back to your local ("French (France)" for us)

Launch PDA Connect and try to change the default Adress Book.

et voilà !
