Linux Client Doesn't Connect

Hi All

I have just attempted to connect with the Messenger client that comes
with the SLED 11 desktop

I know the service is up etc, because I can connect using a windows VM on
the same desktop.

Settings are correct because I copied and pasted from the Windows VM that
is working.

I disabled the firewall just in case

Comes back with - The client is unable to establish a secure connection
with the specified server, a secure connection is required.

Anyone got any ideas ?

You need to enable the Messenger to use SSL, this is a requirement for
the Linux/OSX versions of the client. The reason the Windows client can
connect is that SSL is not required to use it.
