failed to run the novell manager massenging agent

Hi to all,

Who can help me to solve the failed to run the novell manager messeger
agent in Suse Linux Enterprise Server 10 sp1 operating system.

/etc/init.d/novell-nmma restart

It failed and wrote this into the /var/opt/novell/log/messenger/
nmma.err:

NMMA: Agent configuration failure 0xAD29]
NMMA:
NMMA: Cause: Insufficient or invalid LDAP authentication encountered
