Thanks for reading my Q. I am setting up GW WebAccess for the first time
on an existing GW server. Apparently I need to re-run the GW system
install to get the webaccess agents going on the server. If so, do I then
need to re-run the SP5 update? Any ideas or links you know of appreciated.

You would run the webaccess install from your SSD which should already be
5.5.5.
