We're having a problem sending mail to any users at Verizon.net. When we
send them stuff we get back an error message of 450 Host Down. I can
send email from my Hotmail account and it works. I can telnet into
relay.verizon.net with no problem. I tried putting the correct IP
address into a Route.cfg file but still no luck.

are you on any blacklists? Sounds like they are blocking your IP address
