Depends, if the address error is on the user part of the address, correct
domain, then you'll get an error pretty much immediately. If the domain is
wrong, then the GWIA will try for 4 days, then give up and send you back
the error notification.

There is with later versions of GW, definitely can be shortened in 7 and
