So are they complete different systems or are they part of the same
groupwise system ?
If they are part of the same system then make sure the MTA's can
communicate with each other properly via MTP. Depending what ports you
have used for MTP you have to open those.

Make sure both servers can reach port 25 on one and another's servers.

Well, obviously the domains have to match otherwise the receiving
mailserver would just drop it.
I believe it needs a restart but I'm not sure.
