It would be helpful to see a "verbose" GWIA log of the IMAP commands that
Outlook is sending for it's subsequent connection.

I wasn't going to look for errors in the log, but the actual Fetch command
that outlook was sending. Could have been a clue about the UID's it was
trying to fetch.
