Online Client Not Connecting

Hi,

My remote users can no longer connect using the client via online mode. This started after we switched to Comcast (cable) from AT & T (T1). The DNS is set to resolve to the new ip address. The new Comcast cable box/router is set for bridged mode and connects to my firewall. Internet net traffic is running as it should. Webaccess works for all remote users.

I have tried opening port 1677 on my firewall, does not fix my problem. Never had to do that before. Post Office logs do not show my remote clients attempting to connect. Maybe I am not looking in the correct log?

Problem must be between the Comcast router and my firewall?

Any thoughts, help appreciated.
