I was wondering if anyone could help me with these messages.
Thanks in advance.

did you try to repair the mailbox with gwcheck?

NSC Volunteer Sysop
Yes. The second group of messages are what I received from the
GWCheck. I did the GWCheck with Structure checked, with Index Check
and Fix Problems also checked. After that, I did a GWCheck with
Contents checked with Collect statistics and Fix Problems also checked.
I am curious as to my next move. We have not really experienced issues
where a user cannot archive mail, so that is kinda new to me.
Thanks

did you use the reset client option? That helps, sometimes.
Is this problem appearing for many messages or just few?
If it's just for a few messages, it looks like they're corrupted in a
way that gwcheck cannot fix. I'd try to, for instance, forward them to
myself, and then archive the forwarded message (inline or as
attachment), to see if archiving works for the new message.
