I have seen this with many of my client workstations not just the clean
XP install.
It looks as though others are having the same or similiar issues. Has
anyone found a resolution besides running the gwmailto install from the
addons directory?
Thanks

We had exactly the same issue upgrading from 6 to 7.sp1. Mailto did not
work, as well as using send to facility from excel etc.
To fix it, download the very latest client from novell (yes the 7.01 on
your cd is knackered!)
Uninstall groupwise 7 from the PC, uninstall Windows NT Messaging.
Then install WMS from the directory
gw701cm\client\wms\nt\us\wms.exe
then groupwise from here:-
gw701cm\client\setup.exe
Then select custom and all will work. I had a nightmare with this.
Cheers
Julian.

This is exactly correct. There is an object or space where the option
should be, however there is no text describing the option. I have
downloaded the latest update from the Novell website. Again this is a
clean XP install.
Thanks

Ensure that if you need write rights to this folder, that you do not do
the installs.
Cheers
