Setting Default every time you log in...

I am new and not an IT person so be kind.

We have an issue here where everytime that you log into Groupwise the
settings (ie: Nav Bar, Folder settings etc...) keep defaulting back to a
basic looking screen. It is happenning to the entire group of users here
(approx 18 users). Some one was in here trying to add a couple of users
and SOMETHING must have been clicked..

Any ideas? We have been working on this for about a week.

There is an administrator setting that controls appearance, similar to the client options found under 'Tools | Options | Environment | Appearance'. Check to see if the administrator settings have been defaulted.

 

Otherwise you should be able to setup GroupWise how you want, shutdown, then come back in and see it the way you left it. There were some bugs with shipping GW 7 that prevented some settings to stick, but with the latest code those should be resolved.
