All Day events & caching mode

I just read the cool solution about all day events only working in caching
mode... I have the 7.01 public beta client installed on my computer and
still don't see the all day event option. PLEASE tell me this isn't an
'option' that will be staying in the SP1 client. This was one of the
features that I was hoping to use to sell GW7 to our Outlook fans here...

I am still running the release version of 7 on the server.

All day events are still in GW 7 SP1. There are two ways to create an all day event:

    1) From the new appointment view click on the checkbox "All Day Event" immediately to the right of the start time control. NOTE: if you don't see this check box the most likely cause is you don't have the latest view files.

    2) From withing the calendar above the appointment section you'll see a gap with an icon to the left of it that has up and down arrows in it. If you double-click in that gap or just start typing there, you'll be able to create an all day event.
