Does anyone know of a Business Card Scanner or Business Card Scanner
software package that works with Groupwise? I don't want to have to
switch to Microsoft Outlook.

Here : http://www.scanshell-store.com you can find a business card
scanner that scans the business cards into a database. From this
database you can export the information and import it to any
application that you want. The product that you need is called
Scanshell.net for business cards and can be found at this page:

Good way, however I choose CardFila to organize my cards. It’s very helpful. I can upload 10 cards into serve within only 10 seconds, very quickly in comparison like other method such as scanning or putting data into excel file. Very comfortable!

I also use http://cardfila.com with its new app: CF 2.0. So useful! Besides the advanced features of CF 1.1, CF 2.0 helps to list and browse your cards easier with better UI.
