Hi,
We've got a problem tranferring email from one domain to another, when the email is over about 1.5mb.
The transfer is over a wan link, both MTA's are running GW7.0.3 HP4, both on Netware 6.5SP7 servers.

There are no problems transferring smaller emails, but large emails start to transfer (I can see the incoming file in the GWINPROG\6 folder).
However, once the incoming files reaches about 1.5mb, the file is deleted and the MTA's try and transfer the file again.
Looking in the log files, I can see lots of MTP: Returning acknowledge (11) and the occasional MTP: Returning acknowledge (7).

Anyone any ideas why this is happening? I can manually copy the files from the MSHOLD on the originating MTA's server to the GWINPROG on the destination server, reload the destination MTA and the email is transferred, so it's not an interrupted communication issue.
Thanks
Kevin

I forgot to mention - I've already increaed /TCPWAITDATA 100 to and /TCPWAITCONNECT to 20, but this hasn't made any difference.

Is it possible to get more info on MTA log entry 'Returning Acknowledge (7)'. All I can find is that it means 'Error on receipt, don't re-send!'
