The queued file was 2.5 MB. I checked the logs and found nothing of
interest - but I might have missed something, I'm not an expert in
analyzing GroupWise logs. I looked for the file name and found this:
23:56:25 31D MTP: Received file:
server/gw:\gw_po-ab\wpcsout\ofs\4\4c76ff29.HJ3, Size: 2571268
23:56:25 279 Processing 4c76ff29.hj3
Is there anything else I should look for?
Thanks,
Mirko
Today we found one of our POAs (nearly) unresponsive: GroupWise Clients
were extremely(!) slow, sometimes Users got error messages; work at the
Netware Console was nearly impossible: if I typed a character it took
about 10 seconds until it appeared on the screen. POA showed constantly
420 File Queues. No way to cleanly shutdown - had to reset the machine.
I found the 420 files in wpcsout\ofs and identified one of them to be
the culprit: the oldest one; all others were processed without problems
when copied back to the queues
Now my question: Is there any way to further investigate what exactly
the problem is? Is there a way to avoid such incidents?
Thanks,
Mirko
