that's usually a result of a gwcheck: When GW notices a database problem, it checks them and sometimes the result is a damaged item.

You do perform check before you move user, don't you?

Analyze/Fix Contents
Structural Rebuild

Connect to the target domain
Move

Possible. Where do you see this error? In C1? Check/repair/rebuild the PO database in this case. I doubt it will help with the other user's mails, though.
