We have an issue with one user. We moved here from one POA to another
and everything works fine except that when she tries to logon to
GroupWise WebAccess she gets a message. Your mailbox is unavailable.
Please contact your system administrator. Then when I look at the
GroupWise WebAccess Agent logs I see an error "User <USER NAME> GroupWise
login rejected <d101>". It use to work before we moved her. Any help
would be appreciated.
Thanks

Did you try the usual gwcheck against her account?

Hnmm... are other users in her PO able to get to webaccess? Does she
have a GW password set?

when we moved here from one PO to the other the webaccess part did not
sync. Her GW password is set.

I'm stumped, then... something didn't get updated, but I don't know
what. You might try rebuilding the domain db, but that's about all I can
suggest. If no one else jumps in with an idea you'll probably have to
open an incident with Novell for resolution.

I had this just the other day with one user account.
Simply resetting the password sorted out whatever was causing the problem.

Its worth a try ...

Please start a new thread describing your problem and which versions you
use, instead of replying to an almost 5 year old thread.
