Can't connect to the Java Servlet Engine.

I've seen a few posts regarding the above subject after pressing "GO" on the
language selection screen, but no solution...

Here's how I resolved it...

Windows Server,
Administrative Tools
Services
IIS Admin

Restart the IIS Admin. You will be warned that "World Wide Web Publshing
Service" and "HTTP SSL" will also restart.

Refresh your browser (F5) and the WebAccess login will appear.

yes, a restart is needed after installing ISAPI filters. Not sure all
issues related to that, but good to keep in mind.
