apache not loading

Netware 6.5, sp5 and my apache error_log reads as follows - [crit]
(10022)Unknown error: make_secure_socket: for port 443, WSAloctl:
(SO_SSL_SET_SERVER) Configuration Faild.

I've run pkidiag and it says it finds 2 errors and fixes 2 errors, then run
tckeygen, and restarted. Tomcat4 appears to load fine but not Apache will
not load.
Any help will be greatly appreciated !!!

SO_SSL_SET_SERVER revealed various threads well worth glancing at.
