synchronisation Nokia N95 - GW7 with Intellisync

we have a Problem with the synchronisation with my N95 an Groupwise
Calendar.
the contact synchronisation between Handy & GW is OK.
If want to sync the calendar the time for synchronistation ist more
than one our.
I Think this to long. In the handy i found terms in the year 2016 but
in GW there just terms til 12/2009.
This terms are birthday, anniversary and so on.
The question is. How can config the software that just the next 2
month will be sync?
I just found an option in the intellisync mobil suite to delete terms
older than 7 days...
We use the Groupwise Mobil Server 2 with Intellisync Mobile Suite
I hope somebody can help. For more infos just ask me.
