Hello,

There is a Novell 6.5 server wiht GroupWise 7.0.3 with one running
GroupWise 4.1 API Gateway v2 for NLM module. This gateway is for the FAX
service via Groupwise client. I would like to install another new api
gateway for Bakcup Exec to send backup results via e-mail.
Do I have to stop the running gateway(FAX) to install the new gateway
for the Backup Exec?

All gateways must be shutdown when installing, since this most times
req. exclusive access to wpdomain.db

Yes, I beleave, but haven't tested, that you can run two API gateways
on the same box

Note when all this is said, that the API gateway is an old timer, and
as Dave suggested....if possible, avoid it
