Hi,
I'm having problems with Busy search from GroupWise to Exchange.
Everything else works perfectly: mail flow, directory sync, free/busy
lookups from Outlook to Groupwise.
However, when GroupWise user tries to perform a busy search he receives
nothing. In the Gateway log I'm seeing the following error: Could not
get TimeZone of the Exchange User

Is there a prescribed method to "update" an existing gateway - do I just "Install Gateway and Addressing components" over the top of an existing gateway?

Hi,
I could not find the build using this URL. Anyway, I've resolved the
problem (the GWISE addresses have to be Exchange ORG.Exchange Admin
Group.%m, otherwise Free/Busy cannot find the user), however there is
one more I've got now:
When I delete the Exachange user, the directory sync does not delete
the external entity in GroupWise. When I create Exchange user, it's
correctly propagated as external entity to GroupWise, if I update the
Exchange user properties, updates are propagated as well. So only
deletions are a problem.
And of course, try as hard as I can I cannot run GW Gateway as a
service. It runs fine as an application and if I ran it as a service
there is no error in the log that I can see:
