Rename wpdhost.db, then try the rebuild.

Hi,

It nevertheless *is* the workstation and/or C1, that's the only involved
party in a rebuild.

Try rebuilding it to a local temp path, if that doesn't help, try a
different WS / C1.

did you rebuild to a new location? Sometimes overwriding the same file
causes issues.
