Can someone refer me to Documentaion of the recomended amount of users
to not exceed a GW6.5 Post Office?

I am not aware of this having changed much. Namely about 500 per PO is
the normal rec. With some tweaking 1000-1500 is possible. Beyond that
(up to 3000-5000) is possible but recommended only with caching mode
enforcd.

Also, of possible more importance that merely how many users can a PO
actually service (as far as the server processes go) is the discussion of
how long it takes to do things like backup the po, run a GWCHECK, etc.
There comes a point where the sheer size of the data becomes more of a
hinderance than whether the server can easily handle it.
