***In general***, if the verbose gwia log says "transferred" (and you're
looking at the correct message), then the email left your system and the
GWIA received acknowledgment of the receipt.

You could always double check that your reverse DNS records are correct,
that your public IP address isn't blacklisted anywhere, and (if you have
one) that your SPF record is accurate.
