GWIA 6 SP4 is accepting messages to non-existent accounts.
Example:

telnet <gwia.com> 25
220 <gwia.com> Groupwise Internet Agent 6.0.4 (C)1993 Novell, Inc.
Ready
HELO
250 Ok
mail from: <w...@cares.com>
250 Ok
rcpt to: <bogu...@gwia.com>
250 Ok

Relaying is off in GWIA but an outbound relay host is specified.

What can I do to correct this and have GWIA error these attempts instead of
accepting?

Many thanks,
Norm

Well, something else is going on. Are you using an email gateway? Is the
addressing unusual (like bogu...@ip.add.re.ss)? Do you have any relay
exceptions listed?

You either have a /fut switch in gwia.cfg, or your gwac.db is corrupt.

Beautiful! - Thanks a million, that was it. (I placed it there a while ago
to try and work around some DNS issues.)

Thanks again,
Norm
