Hello.

After installing and uninstalling groupwise client couple of times now I'm
having a problem installing again.
I get error message "Error: OLE error 80040154". I found an information in
the knowledgebase and it says to run the GroupWise Cleaning Agent
(gwca55us.exe).
I followed the instruction but the .exe file never got extracted. Is there
any way I can uninstall the groupwise besides reinstalling OS again?
Thanks in advance!

Jack M.

Run the .exe from a command prompt, not from Explorer

Cheers Dave

After running .exe from command prompt I was able to run the programm.
After running the program I still get the same error message "Error: OLE
error 80040154" when I attemt to run the GW from client folder. And I don't
see the icon on the desktop as well, nor in the programm directory. Any
idea?

Yep, install the wms.exe from the client CD *before* installing GW,
make sure you use the NT one, see if that gets it.

I installed wms.exe and tried again. I'm running in the same problem.

This was removing GW, running the cleaning agent, (the one from Nexic
is better by the way), then running wms in isolation, then trying the
GW reinstall ?. Something is stuck in the registry there.
