If you want something quick, simple, and free, try this:
http://www.djack.com.pl/modules.php?name=auditlgn
I am using it on NetWare 6.5. You won't be able to use it after you
go to SLES/OES, but since it only takes a few minutes to setup, you
can have it running on NetWare easily and then find something else to
use after you upgrade.

That would be a task for auditing. You would have to have set up
auditing, with tracking of login / logout activity. Then you'd pull this
requested information from your auditing server.
Since you're asking, I'm guessing that you haven't set up auditing of any
sort. So, no, you can't do that now because the information you want
doesn't exist.
