Sounds like you have some replication problems. From the server that
holds the master replica of the partition can you do a ndsrepair -T and
ndsrepair -E and post the outcome here ?

No offense, but you're tree is a mess! This is why adding a replica
never finishes.

By the looks of it nothing is in sync. Make sure that all 4 servers in
your tree can communicate with eachother. This will fix the 625 errors.
The way to test this is to make sure servers can ping each other
properly and within the Time Sync report you shouldn't get any 625
errors.

Once you get rid of those the 603 will probably go away as well.

So when you do a report sync status there are no more errors ?
