Um..... you specified the wrong option when it asked you to create a new
tree or not. It gave you options of 'y' (yes create a new tree) and 'n'
(no, add to an existing tree) and you typed in 't' (not an option at all)
which probably took you into the add-to-an-existing-tree mode since that
is the more-common option. Further evidence of this code path is in the
prompt for a server with a master replica, which is not needed when
creating a new tree (the first server IS the one with the master replica
of the tree [root]).
