Just checking that eDirectory does not "need" NetWare. My CA was moved 3
months off this server, it was the first server installed to create the
Tree-hence my worry.
It used to run Dirxml 1.1a many years ago.
I am kind of new to eDirectory and Idm, and was told to make our Tree's
linux only which is what I have been doing the last 4 months but I have
always kept 1 NetWare server alive in the Tree.
Now I have to remove those.
Since the Tree's were originally created with these particular NetWare
servers, is there anything that may break? They currently only hold RW
replicas, the Master was moved to Linux last January.

eDirectory does not need NetWare. I have trees that are Linux only,
Windows only, and a combination of Linux and Windows. Works fine.

If you still have license objects in your tree, and you ever want to
delete them again, do it now. Once the last NW server is gone, they'll
stay there forever.
Other than that, there shouldn't be an obvious problem.

No idea.

Not at all, they won't hurt anything, but if you like it tidy.. :)

Functionally, no.

Nope. You would have to give him a replica of these objects temporarily,
then remove them, remove the replica and then the server.
Is it a problem leaving them there?
Can I delete the license objects even if the last server does not have any
replicas?
