End goal is to get the servers back in production. History of the problem
is:

Using a Win2000 workstation some has gone into the properties of a drive
mapped to the SYS root, and placed a space restriction. He did it on the
two servers in the tree. This means that both server now think there is no
space left on SYS.

Someting happened to DS on both servers at the same time and now I can't
run DSRepair becuase of the space restriction issue.

Catch 22 is that I need to login to take the space restrictions off so
that I can run DSrepair.

What you may need to do is delete something from the volume in order to
free up enough space to run repair.

You can try using TOOLBOX with the /NL switch to let you access the
filesystem to delete files from the server at the console.
