LDAP Broken (DSTrace shows error -603)

I just installed NW65SP1 this afternoon on my NW6.5 server and have a
similar problem with LDAP binding to its ports 389 and 636. NLDAP
appears to load without errors but does not seem to be functional.

DSTRACE show the following error for LDAP:

GetNonAuthoritativePartitions err: no such attribute (-603)
LDAP: [2004/01/10 16:56:10] Could not get list of non authoritative
partitions in ReadConfigFromDS, err = no such attribute (-603)
LDAP: [2004/01/10 16:56:10] Could not update server configuration, err =
no such attribute (-603)

Without LDAP working I cannot get TOMCAT started or iManager. The
tcKeyStore utility was failing to login due being unable to bind to
ldap://localhost:636. The HOSTS file has the loopback entry. I have
also deleted and recreated the LDAP Server/Group objects for this
server. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
