LDAP certificates and Tomcat 4

Ok I read through some of the postings and searched through the TID's but
I seem to have an issue not addressed.

I am running NW6.5 sp1.

I currently have the -603 error mentioned in many postings when Tomcat4 is
run.

I have tried to run the tcedirint Utility mentioned in the TIDs that deal
with the -603 error

I have checked the hosts file for localhost.

I have created a Key Material object in NDS in the Same context as the
LDAP server Object.

BUT
(Working in Console1)
The select certificates button on the SLS/TLS configuration tab of the
LDAP server Object DOES NOT LIST ANY SSL certificate Objects. The Key
material object was created using the same server. Why wouldn't
the "select SSL certificate" dialog list available SSL certificates.

I am sure this is THE issue since it seems all steps in the exsisting TIDs
seem to assume that there is a valid entry in the SSL certificate property
of the LDAP server.
