LDAP - Prompting twice for password

We are running NW6/NW6SP3/eDir v8.62 SP4/GW v6.51 with our three DSMasters acting as our LDAP pool. Often GroupWise users are prompted twice for their password. First when logging in and then when they open their address book. Does anyone know why it is doing this and how to correct this so it only prompts the user once for their password?
Any help would be great. Thanks.

I would check the security setting and set it to NDS High.
In the future, GW-specific questions are best asked in the GW forums.

I apologize for not being as descriptive as I should have been. We are using LDAP authentication with GroupWise and I thought that this was more of an LDAP issue than a GroupWise issue. Perhaps I should post it in both areas in the event it is a GroupWise issue and not an LDAP issue.
