Now that we are able to authenticate, here is what we had to do. After
following the Documentation at macosxlabs.org, there was a part missing.
This data can be in TID 10068137 on Novell's site. This talks about
creating a proxy user to read the cn attribute. By default, no one can read
this object, and this is indeed needed. I referenced the Novell white paper
on integrating the two. This can be found here:
