Can't contact LDAP server <81>

Hi.
I'm getting an "LDAP initialization failed" on a new install of 6.5.

"Root certificate file for Master LDAP not found, requesting new one from
server. NIF CertHandler: # Root Certs=1.
NIF CertHandler: Retrieved cert. of size =1317.
*MASTER[ths1.local][-1] LDAP_simple_bind: Can't contact LDAP server (81).
ldap *MASTER[ths1.local] down.
LDAP initialization failed"

Ran an LDAP trace using iMonitor on this server. Here's what comes up:

We're tried removing the CA and reinstalling. No joy.
This is only occurring on the server with SP1 applied, not on the other 6.5
sp0 server.

Any thoughts?
