LDAPS + Load balancing

Good Evening,

I use LDAP authentification for many application. I have many request,
consequently I use a radware to doing load balancing with my three server.

I would like provide LDAPS process with this radware.

Is it possible to do load balancing with LDAPS process ?
Is It possible to export one certicate Valid for all three server ?

I load balance secure ldap via a CSS with layer 7 sticky seems to work well.
