Unable to bind ip to attach to my NW5.1 sp5 ds.nlm 8.82 server to
my network of 4 server all the same as above.

I get the "Run processess will be suspended"
then "Critical error" followed by "Processes suspended"
and last thing is "SLP disabled dynamic discovery due to DHCP
or static disarray"
