error 606 creating user

I hope this question is applicable for this forum.

A few months ago we updated our NW 5.1 SP6 servers to eDir 8.7.1. Ever
since, when using ConsoleOne 1.3.6, we get an error 606 when creating a
user. Any idea what might cause this?

For now, our workaround is to use C1 1.3.4 when creating users.
However, since we're at Zen 3.2 SP3 and GW 6.5, 99% of our
administration is done with 1.3.6. So we'd like to eliminate 1.3.4
altogether.

Console1 1.3.6 requires (as in "will not work correctly without") Client32 v4.9
or newer. Did you upgrade your client, too?
