Yellow ? for volume object

I have a server that is functioning fine, but the SYS volume object in
ConsoleOne shows as a yellow question mark. The VOL1 object works fine, and
the volume itself is accessible through the file system. What can I do to
restore the NDS object to its normal "filing cabinet" functionality?

Does it show that way using C1 on the server's own console? What about on
the console of other servers in the same replica ring? If "yes" to both, the
object has gone bad somehow. Just delete it, load nwconfig - directory
options - upgrade mounted vols into dir.
