NTDomainSHIM and ADDriver.DLL Older versions in Password Sync install

Hello
I have installed DirXML engine on Netware 6 and Remote Loader and NT Domain Driver on NT Server all working OK
I am now installing the password sync software downloaded at the same time as DirXML 1.1a
I notice a few files are older in the Password Sync package then the oroginal DirXML 1.1a Remote Loader and Engine Install.
In particular the NTDomainSHIM.DLL is several months older than the one installed with Remote Loader. The problem is the installation instructions say you must replace the original file with this one i.e. replace new file with older one. This is not normally the case when installing software
Can any one shed some light on this please?

Stick with the newer versions of the shim and pwdsync dll's !
