DirXML won't stay loaded

Hi Guys I need some help
I have problems to activate my license on the nw65 server, because the
dirxml.nlm won't stay loaded on the server. To explain my issue I did the
following:
Install NW6.5 --> update SP1A --> install dirxml startpack cd (taken from
the novell download page with the release date DIC 22)
The installation-programm told me the the statuslg.nlm installed is newer,
and I left this file in use.
On the startpack CD this file has an older creation day.
Now when I try to load dirxml.nlm I get the error:

you must unload logger.nlm before you can unload statuslg.nlm unable to
unload module statuslg.nlm (error 2)

You shouldn't need to loader dirxml.nlm. What you do need to do is
create a dirxml driver set and associate it with the server in question.
