Removing ZFD 2.0

A co-worker of mine once had a TID that described how to cleanly remove ZfD 2.0 from our environment.  It included steps to remove all remnants from the desktops, as well.  Unfortunately, he lost his printed copy and it doesn't seem to be available from Novell's site.  Does anyone know where this document can be found, or does anyone have an electronic copy that can be sent?  Sure would appreciate any feedback.
