Hi there,

We have a network with two NW 4.10 Servers within a single NDS. We want to
upgrade one of our servers to NW 6.0 (SBS). Is it possible to add the new
server to the existing NDS tree (as a backup ?) and let the current users
( with DOS clients, VLM and Bindery) login to the current NDS access both
server's resources?

Thanks a lot.

No. You can't have both in one tree.

That doesn't prevent you from having both on the same wire and still being
able to access both though.

What sort of user counts here -- perhaps you could combine both 4.10
servers to the new SBS 6.0 server using the Server Consolidation
Utility.
