Hi
I am trying to make an msi package with wininstall le for a hp scanjet
5300c, I logged on to my windows xp station locally as administrator,
and did the discover snapshot of before and then after installing the
hp scanjet soft from the cd, I created the msi package flawlessly, I
choose "per machine" as installation mode as part of my msi package,
so no matter what user logs on, gets the desktop icon for the scanjet.
The problem is if a user who doesn't have administrator rights logs
on, he is unable to use the scanner

or not, access the scanner?.

And this is to do with Netware ?. Maybe best asked in the Zenworks
forums (which version), but I'd imagine it is down to rights on the
machine. You can use ORCA to modify MSI packages I believe.
