Looking HostPrint 2.0 alternative solution

Francis, if you are going to continue with NWSAA as an interim solution then
you might as well continue with Hostprint 2.0, both are unsupported. You
should be able to get licenses from your Novell sales rep as an interim
measure.
There is an IBM product that will print from host to LPR printers over
TCPIP. I think it is called PSF. NDPS/iPrint can accept LPR. I don't
recommend switching to any other gateway solution at this late date, you re
best looking at a direct TCPIP solution.
