After the re-install the icons did not comeback. Looking at the source
for the frame there is noticeable gaps where these links should be. The
calendar and documents links under the username work fine, but those
icons are just not there.
And now I notice that the security option to change the users password
is missing. What gives?
Any idea on how I can get them back? Is there a file I can edit or
something? This is killing me.

It almost sounds like you have an old install of webaccess on the system
that is being found. Verify manually if the missing graphic is physically
sitting in sys:apache2\htdocs\com\novell\images. If not, unzip
webaccessdocs.zip in your SDD to sys:\apache2\htdocs

Thanks for that bit of infor. First, dingus went and put in the document
root for Apache2 and no the server root. A re-reinstall fixed the
problem. But why does it keep happening. About a month ago I posted
I posted with a similar issue.
One of the problems I have begun to notice with upgrading Novell is that
when they move stuff around all the old, unused files stick around. Since
this server has been upgraded from Netware 4.11 all the way to 6.5, there
are files laying around from the old netscape server and now apache, the
old tomcat versions, and some old java stuff.
